Solace Cremation is an exceptional company. I was in a city I didn’t know, and my husband passed away. My son contacted Solace the next morning and had a very compassionate, sensible, and tremendously helpful individual guide him through the process. Less than a half hour later, he was able to fill out the paperwork online that had been sent to him moments after he hung up. They notified us when my husband was picked up. They continued to notify us in a very compassionate, informative way as each process was completed, i.e. the cremation was complete, the doctor signed the death certificate, the certificate sent to the County for completion, etc. I called a few times just to confirm where we were at and they were extremely helpful and said to call anytime I had any question. They ask me what day I wanted to receive my husband’s remains, rather than just mailing him at their pleasure. And they worked in a Covid 19 atmosphere when many things were virtually shut down including the County office that prepared the death certificate. Everything they did, they did with thoughtfulness, consideration and respect. They are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them.
