Lawrence Edward Giles, Jr.
Lawrence Edward Giles, Jr., 42, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022, in Portland, Oregon.
Born February 25, 1980, in Frederick, Maryland. He was the son of Lawrence E. Giles, Sr. and the late Tammy M. Jessee.
He is survived by his children, Lawrence “Trey” Giles, lll, Madison L. Giles, Leyna E. Giles, Lawrence “Jax” Giles, lV, and bonus daughter Enyla L. Thomas; two surviving siblings, Niakeya R. Sappington and Stacy M. Giles; nephew Xzavior; nieces Aiyanna and Mariah. Cousin Myron E. Giles, with whom he shared a brotherly bond; and adoring aunt Carol A. Mason.
Larry loved the outdoors. This included going fishing, visiting the beach, or just enjoying a campfire in the backyard with family. He also loved his cars and motorcycle, whether he was working on them or driving fast. He was said to be a jokester by all of his children and loved to play pranks on them. His greatest times were spent with his children and they will forever cherish those memories.
Larry is now back in the arms of his loving Mother. He is at peace.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
